Thai Capital Under State Of Emergency

Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva announced a state of emergency Sunday in the capital city, Bangkok, and surrounding areas. Red shirts are protesting throughout Bangkok in a attempt to remove the current prime minister out of office. The protests are just in time to disrupt the Songkran Water Festival this week!
